Politics and Law
John Moyna
If It were necessary, and had to choose which of the two main parties, Democrat or Republican, to join as member in order to exercise my voting choices, I would prefer to be Democrat much more than republican.

Q: What's more hateful than basing a code of laws on vague assertions?
 A. Having a system of law where no one within government understands how to apply the law. This means that the government's own criminal investigators become criminal terrorists by tracking down and jailing citizens for failing to obey laws that the government itself cannot explain how to obey. The only power over society government has is the authority to control criminals, when government demands the ability to control everybody and tax everything, and government declares many things to be criminal that society used to freely enjoy, it then becomes impossible to live without breaking any laws. When one realizes that we understand information according to somebodys ability to misconstrue facts, then our perception of reality becomes flawed. Any tax that allows Deductions and refunds is suspect of being bogus, and not truly valid. The income tax regulations have transformed judges and lawyers into liars and thieves.

The term QANGO refers to the Quasi Autonomous NON Governmental Organization somewhat resembling independent private business while pretending to be part of the government. The only organization that falls under this category is the Federal Reserve System that is owned and controlled by foreign bankers.

Q? What is Populism and what does it mean?
A. Populism is the opposite of big Brother's Corporate Socialism.

Populism promotes and supports an equal balance between economic freedom and personal responsibility. A centralized government structure cannot maintain control of everything and everybody where human error, incompetence and mismanagement leads to confusion, and corruption. The legislature is the main branch of government which reminds us that citizens in a republic are allowed by right to freely attend to their own business, but are not supposed to abdicate their liberty and freedom to someone else. This same concept also applies to Congress, they should never Delegate their Constitutional responsibilities to any private corporation OR foreign organization. The peoples assembly is where our voice is heard by way of the representatives we elect to speak for our benefit. Whenever politics degenerates and becomes corrupted, it show great skill at blurring the issues, delaying decisions, dodging questions, juggling figures, bending facts, and concealing errors. The government measures its success in column inches per news print, this means lots of activity but no actual achievement.

These are a few thoughts and ideas that I would consider
promoting and supporting on the state level.

First: I think it would be more beneficial for society, as well as showing efficient competency, if the state government was Unicameral.
Does anybody else notice or realize that we have at least NINE levels of Government to live with ?? My preference regarding the unicameral style for state government would mean the elimination of repetition and excess paper chasers. There should be an even number of legislative districts, with only two representatives for each one. This unicameral assembly would be divided into four classes, one fourth of the assembly facing elections every year, with no legislator allowed consecutive terms. Legislators represent citizens not acreage, legislators are elected by voters not economic interests. Whereas at the local level: Every county commission should be composed of the mayors of the local communities within each county.

The election cycle and all political campaigns should begin right on 1st April-fools day, with NO candidate allowed to solicit for, or accept campaign contributions before that day. The peoples assembly in Olympia should operate in two shifts, the winter session should begin on the Monday following Thanksgiving day lasting 60 days. The summer session should begin on the first Monday of June lasting 60 days.

Second: State Taxation and Funding.
Thirtyfive to fifty percent of tax revenue collected should be for disaster relief and human services, instead of channeling money towards the politicizing of education, which should be considered detrimental for future generations.

Third: Property tax.
The state government should forever ban all communities in the state from imposing property taxes on all residential property. Taxing residential property under threat of confiscation automatically eliminates the right to own private property. This is completely unfair for the elderly on welfare pensions.

TWO TIER -(Level)- SALES & INCOME TAX
There should be a two tier state sales tax of five and ten percent, as well as two tier corporate income tax.
The five percent sales tax would be placed on necessary fundamentals that people have need, such as meals, clothing housing and tools for transportation. Whereas the ten percent sales tax would be placed on non essentials such as entertainment and luxury items.
There should be a two tier state income tax levied on national and global corporations that do business in the state. Whereas the B&O tax should be lifted from all local family owned busineses that employ less than 100 workers and makes a net profit of less than one million dollars.

Fourth: ALL elected government officials should be required to continue living at the current salaried rate until ALL -{four}- classes of the -{unicameral}- assembly face elections, -or- have increases of quarter percent once every five years. Politics should not become some "get rich" opportunity via corporate connections.

Fifth: With regards to streets and roads, it would be more reasonable if the interstate system in Washington be toll roads to help fund road repairs, while at the same time eliminate all excess gasoline fees. If the streets and roads were made of durable materials that does not fall apart every year, there would not be the constant continuous problem of potholes.

Six: Reduce Political Control and regulation of Education and Medical services.
A society raised on government control with bureaucrats and civil servants deciding everything for everybody results in a community of people without choices.

Seven: Elimination of probate courts.
Whenever the partner of any married couple dies, the last will and testament directs that property of the deceased rightfully belongs to the surviving spouse. Whats the point of government allowing domestic partnerships, when greedy lawyers and hateful relatives have the ability to confiscate the inheritance.

Im thinking that when any election results do not show evidence or cant prove there to be a quorum of at least 70% eligible voter participation, then the office position should remain vacant and empty. There should always be maximum community turnout for each and every election. Voters can decide an office position has worthwhile candidates to support and vote for, by NOT supplying the necessary 70% thereby showing the office position should remain unfilled. For Example: say 100 people are eligible and qualified to participate in the voting process, but only 51 show up to vote. If two voted independent, then the other 49 would decide the outcome. Even if the votes were split 25-24, why should this quarter percent of the whole number of persons in the entire group decide public policy? On the other hand, there should never be need for government to penalize people for not voting, just leave the position empty. The political heritage of Washington state is the right to cast a vote of no confidence. I picked up this idea from A homeless person I met nearly twenty years ago in Tucson!

Within the restrictive confines of the police state, slaves are required to participate in manditory teamwork supporting government control, involving all within the group to collecting information on each other, and dutifully reporting it. The police state regime will purposefully isolate each individual, forcing one to constantly struggle selfishly for ones own survival. Government has never created jobs, but its great at promoting and supporting time wasting look busy paper chasers.

There can never be true open government when people posessing any divided loyalty hold public positions. The course of direction, purpose and goal of community organizations should be commited to promoting and supporting the american heritage of economic prosperity and social responsibility, as well as a community of equal opportunity. The peoples assembly is the main branch of government which reminds us that citizens in a republic are allowed by right to freely attend to their own business, but are not supposed to abdicate their political loyalty to foreign organizations. The peoples assembly is where our voice is heard, by way of the representatives we elect to speak for our benefit. The citizen voters of Spokane declare this principle to be their testimony: That all are endowed by the laws of nature to possess sovereign Liberty, Independence, Freedom, Equality. The goal of populism should be restraining excess government controls at all levels, and support candidates who will uphold the principles of traditional standards. Personal prosperity allows us to support the social service we prefer, but continuation of government regulationand taxation will always minimize and reduce economic growth as well as social welfare. Although there are numerous issues, our main priorityshould focus more on maintaining an equal balance between economic prosperity and social responsibility.
